United Methodist Women Assembly 2018

Once every four years a global event is held which draws over 6,000 members of an organization within The United Methodist Church.

The Strategy Group played an integral part of the success of the 2018 “Assembly – The Power of Bold." We built a website for promotion and registration, the architecture for workshops and breakout groups, managed all speaker logistics and promotion, handled all A/V needs for livestreams and Facebook Live broadcasts, as well as built an experiential app designed to enhance scheduling and attendee experience.

From registration, to on-site check-in, to online live streaming and on stage projection, The Strategy Group played a vital role in creating a lasting, positive experience and laid the groundwork for the next event in 2022, which we will also be handling.

The AiRS Foundation (Alliance in Reconstructive Surgery)

AiRs was founded by two successful women – a biochemist and co-founder of a medically-based skincare line and a co-founder of same line, with a pedigree in product development at national, blue-chip consumer product and retail companies.

AiRs works in partnership with physicians in the United States to provide resources for women living post-mastectomy who would otherwise not have access to reconstruction.

Our organization assisted AiRS in their foundation’s launch, hosted by Andre’ Balazs at his esteemed property, Chateau Marmont.

The Strategy Group managed sponsor relations with names like “New Beauty," a Sandow publication, Fred Segal, and worked closely with keynote, Dr. Jay Orringer to welcome esteemed guests, share his work, experience and passion for helping women post-surgery.

Subsequently, The Strategy Group assisted in promoting more intimate, fundraising events like the one held at Jim Cramer of CNBC’s Hamptons home to support donor development and to instill a general sense of awareness of AiRS amongst a fruitful, target audience.
